Must visit coffee shop! Starr and Jalil have created an inviting, relaxing, and friendly atmosphere! My breakfast sandwich, banana bread, and lavender mocha coffee were very delicious! Initially, I was going to do a grab and go, but the place was too cozy and welcoming to not take a minute and enjoy 💜☕️🥯Come see for yourself!

Delicious! Outstanding! What a wonderful way to start my day!! The service is friendly and helpful. I had a peach cobbler latte with out milk and it had the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor. I also had the croissant breakfast sandwich with vegan egg, sausage and cheese. It was sooo good and satisfying. And the atmosphere is a whole vibe definitely a great place to come get some work done and just chill and relax. This was my first time here but I can’t wait to be a regular. 😊😋

LOVE THIS PLACE! The whole building is blacked owned! I visited here on my way out of Georgia and so glad I did! For one I had the best danish I have ever had. I got a salted caramel latte that was perfect! I love the art throughout this place! If you work from home, this shop is great for you to work and switch up your atmosphere! There is a gourmet popcorn shop right across the hall as well. I saw in the reviews that Kummba has a good chicken salad sandwich and zucchini bread. I came in hoping to try but getting there at noon - they were already cleared out! YOU KNOW YO CHICKEN SALAD GOOD WHEN YOU GOT FOLKS BUYING AND SELLING OUT FOR BREAKFAST! 😂 can’t wait to come back and try! And if it is anything like this danish… I know the other delights are BUSSIN! Definitely recommend! #TellemGabbbSentya

Five star all around! First time here and it was so great. The cafe is so spacious and welcoming. The perfect atmosphere to hang out, work or read a book. The staff was great too! The coffee was definitely the best part 🥰 I got the Salted Carmel Toffee Nut Latte and my fiancé ordered the Caramel Apple Butter Latte. Both were very delicious! This place is definitely a hidden gem in downtown Douglasville ❤️

A hidden gem in Douglasville! This place is adorable and perfect for breakfast or lunch :) The London Fog with lavender was PERFECT and my niece and nephew enjoyed the muffins and smoothies! My sister and I had the chicken salad sandwich and the breakfast sandwich and they were absolutely amazing. The owners and workers are kind and lovely and I look forward to visiting again!

my experience here at Kuumba Coffee was amazing. the atmosphere is so clean, welcoming, and relaxing. they play music, softly which was a vibe. my sister and i were able to bible study as we ate out breakfast. we both ordered the breakfast sandwich (mine on a bagel) and it was pretty good. i tried the lavender vanilla latte and it was BOMB! i've never had a lavender drink so it definitely did its duty. the drink was so smooth and tasty. 10/10 definitely recommend. *it's also black-owned!!!*

Kuumba Coffee in Douglasville is a gem! I ordered the Peach Cobbler Latte and the Turkey Avocado Breakfast Sandwich, both were absolutely delicious and made fresh. My husband had the Iced Ginger Lemon Tea along with the same sandwich, and he loved it just as much as I did. The service was great, friendly, and welcoming. The staff made our visit extra special with their warm hospitality. Will definitely be back soon. ♥️

What a pleasant surprise after physical therapy to find this outstanding coffee shop only a couple miles from the medical complex. I ordered a Brazilian drip that was rich, but not bitter. I like a shot of Hazelnut flavor and two creams. The owner added a third at my request due to the richness. The spot has an old school vibe including 1950s office equipment, chairs and tables, plus great soul music. I will definitely be back for the coffee and also plan to try the delicious looking muffins.

I work close by so i come here often for breakfast. You’ll definitely have to wait a little bit on the food, but the blueberry smoothie is one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had. The muffins are great, the breakfast sandwiches are good, the lunch sandwiches are good, and the danishes are amazing as well. Everything is good quality and well priced! Such a cute atmosphere as well, definitely recommend.

This cafe feels like stepping into New Orleans. There is a large nod to black culture and excellence with a book wall dedicated to authors and artists of color. The coffee and pastries were good and this place has a large sitting room. 9/10 recommend and Steph approved!
